SEMA has completed design and construction is now complete for the 25,300 S.F. corporate headquarters for Easy Workforce Software at the Edison Office Complex in Pembroke Pines, FL. SEMA has created a flowing contemporary interior that will be home to a high-tech workforce of up to 250 people.

Features include a curvilinear central spine connecting multiple color coded departments. A 1,000 S.F. training and meeting center is adjacent to the large lounge and dining space. Shared huddle and meeting spaces are available when focus and privacy are needed. We expect the space to be completed in fall 2023.

Chauvet Lighting

World Headquarters 

174,741 S.F. 

Davie, FL

SEMA’s design and construction is completed for the world headquarters of Chauvet Lighting in Davie, FL. The project is a total of 174,741 S.F., including 134,398 S.F. product development, testing and inventory storage and 40,343 S.F. of office space. A 20,000 S.F. second floor was added within the building.

Central Florida Pharmaceutical Distribution Center

161,000 S.F. 

The Central Florida Pharmaceutical Distribution Center is a 2-phase project completed by SEMA. The project is a total of 161,000 S.F., including 15,000 S.F. of office space and 146,000 S.F. of automated packaging and distribution space. 

AT&T Store 

1,270 S.F. 

Greenacres, FL 

SEMA designed and construction has been completed for a facade renovation for the Greenacres, FL, AT&T store, totaling 1,270 S.F. SEMA’s work has elevated the store’s appearance from outdated to sleek and modern. 

Private Residence

3,500 S.F. 

Lake Worth Beach, FL 

Designed by SEMA, construction is now complete for the four bedroom, three bath, 3,500 square foot contemporary residence, located in Lake Worth Beach, FL.

Gold Coast Dermatology 

5,100 S.F. 

Delray Beach, FL 

The construction of Gold Coast Dermatology is now complete on the 5,100 square foot office of Dr. Danielle Mano Lakos, located in Delray Beach, FL. The office features upgraded architectural details and custom millwork throughout. Construction was performed by the Leighton McGinn Company. 

Chauvet Lighting

50,000 S.F.

We are currently in the design phase of the new headquarters for Chauvet Lighting. This facility features a 2-story office component of approximately 50,000 square feet consisting of various departments along
with research, product development, testing and collaboration areas.

 

The office areas are grouped around a 2-story experience center where concert and stage lighting fixtures and controls developed and manufactured by Chauvet lighting are demonstrated for international clients. The 150,000 square foot warehouse has multiple video wall and lighting QC testing areas and an automated inventory
system.

Embraer Aircraft

Cano Health Systems

SEMA Interior Designer Barry Horsley NCIDQ, has completed design and drawings two interior renovations for Healthy Partners by Cano Health Systems.

Both facilities are complete renovations
updating the existing dated medical offices with new waiting, and business areas.

 

New millwork, and
upscale features and finishes have been added throughout. The projects are in East Fort Lauderdale and
Pembroke Pines.

Georg Fischer Piping Solutions

42,000 S.F. 

Davie, FL

SEMA completes design for Georg Fischer Piping Solutions at Davie Business Center. The new 42,000 square foot facility triples their current facility and provides a contemporary office environment and
conference center along with warehousing and fabrication areas for specialty piping systems for the cruise ship and shipping industries.

leadership to deliver a design that takes their company into the future.
